(Manual)The SCIP Divers and Instructors Manual was the official manual used by SCIP instructors in teaching their scuba classes. This manual was a concise compilation of some of the best sources of diving information of its time. From 1970 to the time SCIP ceased to exist as the instructional arm of the Southwest Council of Diving Clubs, this manual had a listing of SCIP officers and Board of Advisors which was one source for reconstructing the SCIP officer list.
